His name appeared several times in India’s financial newspapers for procuring the highest business Pan India and for his vantage point. He was managing around 1200 Cr. of AUM and around 5000 clients under Mutual funds. Around 500 Cr. in asset classes such as PMS, AIF and Tax Free Bonds were managed under his guidance. He has shared his expertise at a Senior Position in Unit Trust of India, Bajaj Capital, V S Infrastructure Ltd. and LKP Shares & Securities Ltd. before starting his own venture in April 2006. He has served 31 crucial years of his life for the upliftment & awareness of the financial industry. His experience will go a long way to create wealth for the Investor. He has been conferred with many prestigious awards by AMCs and was nominated for CNBC TV 18 best Independent Financial Advisor award.
A home-maker who took initiative & became a back-bone to her husband and promoter of an investment firm named “Agarwal Investment Consultants” and transforming into a trusted name among Financial World. She had the will-power to learn and achieve whatever life threw at her. Since 2013, she keeps guiding VSRK team with her learning and experiences with Mr. R. K. Agarwal. She has a collective experience of 8 years and since the joining in 2017, she has been performing well in delivering her duties which includes collaborating with senior management to formulate strategy, designing policies that align with implementing efficient processes and standards of the regulatory bodies. She is actively managing contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners etc. Oversees expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits. Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
One of the strongest players in VSRK serving since last 13 years with a vast knowledge in the Financial market. Having a Master’s in Business Administration (Finance). Handling clients in retail, HNIs and Ultra HNIs. A financial planner with overall experience in investment management, Sales, Marketing, investment solutions to investors. He has played a vital role in expanding the market of Mutual Funds for VSRK. His motto of providing investment solutions to clients depending up on their needs with developing and maintaining long term relationships with new as well as existing clients.
He has the rich 9 years of experience in the stock trading. He is the holder of a MBA degree in Finance and B. tech base. He is a registered SEBI Analyst since 5 long years. His extensive excellence in equity & investment markets makes him an integral part of VSRK and its growth.
Parichay has more than 5 years of experience in the financial markets, including forex, cryptocurrencies, and equities. Additionally, he has cleared all three levels of the CFA Examination.
A MBA who has a rich experience of working with various financial institutions like India Bulls Financial Services Ltd., Credent Capital Services Pvt. Ltd for about 16 years. He started his career in 2005, catering to High Net Worth, Retail & Corporate Investors. His ‘Client First’ attitude has helped to establish him as an enviably reputed in the area of financial planning and mutual funds. His endeavor and charm towards providing solutions after assessing the requirement of the clients in terms of risk, return, liquidity & most importantly tax liability.
With his rich experience of more than 12 years with Karvy, HSBC and Almondz in the Financial Industry. A qualified MBA (Finance) with NISM Certifications such as Series-VA: Mutual Fund Distributors; Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives; Series-X-A: Investment Adviser and Series-XV: Research Analyst. He joined VSRK in 2021 as an AVP-Wealth Manager providing solutions to the clients and fulfilling all the queries. His reputation among high profile clientele’s has brought great add-ons to the VSRK’s wealth management team.
A qualified CFPcm, with an industry experience of more than 8 years in Financial planning services. Now working as an AVP-Wealth Manager in VSRK since 2020 and helping the clients with financial planning and fulfilling all the queries related their concerns. He interprets markets to conclude financial recommendations for clients.
Holding a degree of MBA in Finance with qualified CFPcm. Having an overall experience of 6 years in Financial services with a working experience with ICICI Securities and ICICI AMC. Now working as an AVP-Wealth Manager with VSRK since 2020 providing financial planning and solutions to the clients and fulfilling all the queries related to the field. He has been gracefully planning finances for his clients.
A graduate, with an industry experience of 7 years in Financial planning services with ICICI Prudential AMC. Now working as an AVP-Wealth Manager in VSRK since 2021 and helping the clients with financial planning and fulfilling all the queries related their concerns. He interprets markets to conclude financial recommendations for clients.

He completed his masters in Economics 4 years back and joined VSRK. He has been handling the effective client communication system and Back office for VSRK efficiently. He is actively providing all the services, fulfilling client queries, working on software & applications, taking care of all the clients and customers with much diligence.

A versatile professional with expertise in Digital Marketing having more than 5 years of experience. His ability of handling various projects simultaneously makes him volatile. He has handed 50+ projects for various clients both in & outside India ranging from e-commerce, finance, health, sports, education, entertainment etc. in such a short span. His incline towards the world of creative Marketing such as organic marketing which is continuously helping VSRK in branding itself to the various social media platforms.
